I WAS BORN IN ALABAMA IN 1949 AND LIVED THERE MOST OF THE TIME UNTIL 2003. I WAS MARRIED FOR 25 YEARS BUT DIDN`T GET ALONG WITH HER VERY WELL AND COULDN`T GET ALONG WITH HER BOYFRIEND EITHER, SO AFTER THE DIVORCE I MOVED TO TENN. MY QUESTION IS, SINCE I DO HAVE A BIRTH CIRTIFICATE AND LIVED THERE FOR MOST OF 54 YEARS COULD I POSSIABLY VOTE WITH AN ABSENTEE BALLOT? YOU GETTEM DUKE!
